MEAMiddle East Airlines selected IQUAD Learning Solutions to build and execute its e-learning strategy for the coming three years, Mr. Joseph Azar announced during the launch of the MEA e-Academy Portal. It has been 13 years since we have started utilizing different technologies in delivering learning to our employees. Today, we believe that, if Content is King, Context is the Kingdom, which means that organizations have to start selecting the learning infrastructure that is flexible, scalable and compliant with the different learning technologies available nowadays to be able to follow the best practices in training and development  in order to guarantee a successful learning solution.

MEA will utilize the Skills4Success Learning Portal in partnership with IQUAD to offer customized Learning Paths targeting MEA employees, in addition to launching the MEA Management & Leadership TV Portal, added Mr. Azar – Director of Training & Development Middle East Airlines.

In 1945, Middle East Airlines was established and launched its first service from Beirut to the neighboring cities of Syria, Cyprus, Egypt then Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other destinations in the Gulf. In 1963, after the merger with Air Liban, MEA added new European, Middle Eastern and West African destinations to its worldwide network.
